The Hiawatha Economic Development Corporation (HEDCO) was established several years ago, to encourage businesses to locate in Hiawatha. Since that time, HEDCO has played an important role in supporting business and keeping companies informed about Hiawatha’s progress and objectives. We believe HEDCO can do more. The HEDCO Board encourages outreach, to talk with business owners, find the tools to be successful and work toward solutions on today’s challenges.
